Level One - CEO level one-to-one
An intensive one-to-one coaching session with your most senior spokespeople. This training usually takes place at CEO level and requires a great deal of examination of the key issues prior to the session if it is to be successful.
Often, these sessions involve a difficult forthcoming announcement or a positive news story with the potential for some negative interpretation. The training helps the executive understand exactly what needs to be communicated and to focus upon that with strong and relevant illustrations.
Confidence will be boosted through improved knowledge of the major issues he or she chooses to talk about while remaining comfortable in not discussing those issues deemed to be out of scope. The personal style of delivery is also carefully examined so that the individual`s character adds to the credibility of the messages being delivered.
