Level Three - General Training
Designed for a broader group of spokespeople to ensure they protect the brand by remaining on-message and avoid the mistakes that can lead to copy or coverage that damages the brand:
- A one or half-day session for a broad population of potential spokespeople
- Extensive pre-session desk research to keep issues pertinent
- Designed to ensure the over-confident are shown the potential damage they can do to the brand, and the timid are given the confidence to communicate well in building and protecting the brand
- Techniques to bridge from difficult questions to `Islands of Safety`
- All based on real issues relevant and tailored to each delegate
- Delegates video recorded and DVD of interviews provided. Additional written notes provided if required
- Delegates will receive bound copies of all presentations together with `memory joggers` and space for personal notes
- The trainer uses these sessions to search for spokespeople with the potential to take on more contentious issues with the media
